Heinz H. Puschmann
He studied precision mechanics and communications engineering in Esslingen and his special field during his studies was telecommunications. He is practicing as a German and European patent attorney doing patent, trademark and design prosecution, litigation and licensing.
He has industrial practice in the fields of telecommunications, textile machine; aircraft, missile and satellite technology, and he has special expertise, in private practice, in the fields of mechanics, mechanical and control engineering, textile machinery, servo-mechanics, weapon technology and environmental technology.
He is a member of the Institute of Patent Attorneys admitted at the European Patent Office (epi), admitted representative before the European Office for Harmonization for Trademarks, Designs and Models of the Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market, member of the Chamber of German Patent Attorneys, the International Association of Industrial Property Attorneys (FICPI). He was awarded the Bundesverdienstkreuz (Order of Merit of the German Federal Republic) by the Minister of Justice. He received this German civil decoration for his achievements in education of patent paralegals.
