Klaus W. Blutke
He has studied electrical engineering at the Technical University of Karlsruhe, and his special field during his studies was communication technology. He has been practicing as a German and European patent attorney doing patent prosecution, licensing of patents and know-how in the field of IT and general contract in IP matters.
He has industrial practice with IBM as a systems advisor for the installation of data processing systems and as a programmer for application software. In the patent department of IBM and in private practice, he has special expertise with computer software and hardware patenting, patenting of data processing systems and with semiconductor technology. He is a member of the Institute of Patent Attorneys admitted at the European Patent Office, admitted representative before the European Office for Harmonization for Trademarks, Designs and Models of the Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market, member of the Chamber of German Patent Attorneys, the International Association of Industrial Property Attorneys (FICPI).
Dr. Susanne Steiner
She studied law at the University of Salzburg, holds a doctorate in law and she is an attorney at law in Salzburg, Austria.
Her major areas of expertise are company law, law of mergers and acquisitions, law of industrial and trade transactions, and IP law as well as conducting negotiations in preparation for or during court actions. She renders a valuable contribution in legal matters to our consulting services for our clients.
Herbert Steiner
He holds a „Magister“ degree (comparable to masters degree) in accounting and the title “Kommerzienrat” (commercial advisor) which is a rare title conferred by the President of the Republic of Austria to personalities of major importance to the State of Austria who have made special contributions to the economy of Austria.
He is active as chartered accountant, financial advisor and corporate consultant for major industrial companies in Austria, in particular in the area of Salzburg. We appreciate his contacts to his clients and the contribution to the legal advice which we can offer to our clients.
