Klaus D. Kirschner

He studied physics and mathematics at the universities of Hamburg and Munich. His special field during his studies was solid state physics. He has been practicing as a German and European patent attorney doing patent, trademark and design prosecution, litigation and licensing.Kirschner

His major fields of past activities include patent matters in the fields of solid state physics, semiconductor technology, in particular production of semiconductor chips and working on substrates and chips; electronics, in particular electronic measurement technology, computers and components; heavy-current engineering.

He is a member of the Institute of Patent Attorneys admitted at the European Patent Office (epi), admitted representative before the European Office for Harmonization for Trademarks, Designs and Models of the Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market, member of the Chamber of German Patent Attorneys, the International Association of Industrial Property Attorneys (FICPI), the German Association for Industrial Property and Copyright (GRUR), the International Association for Industrial Property and Copyright (AIPPI), the Association of Experts of Intellectual Property (VPP), the Licensing Executives Society (LES), and observer at the conferences of the Asian Patent Attorneys Association (APAA).
